We're hiring for a Supervisor, Quality Assurance in Bloomington, Indiana!

The Supervisor, Quality Assurance's primary duty is to supervise the daily activities of the Quality Assurance Supply Chain (QASC) warehouse team to ensure compliance within our GMP environment.

This is a full-time salaried position, and is 100% site-based. The schedule is Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM.

Catalent Biologics in Bloomington, Indiana is a state-of-the-art, GMP manufacturing facility, providing one million sq/ft of drug substance manufacturing, drug product manufacturing, and related pharmaceutical services. The Role

• Supervises the daily activities and long-term projects of the QASC Warehouse team.

• Typically manages 5-15+ employees across alternate shifts such as second shift and weekend shift.

• Sets priorities for the team to ensure completion of QA tasks with oversight of all warehouse activities within multiple warehouses with Catalent Bloomington network.

• Conducts regular one-on-one meetings with staff; coordinates work activities with other supervisors for up to 2+ months in advance

• Decisions are guided by policies, procedures, and business plan; receives guidance and oversight from manager

• Typically, does not perform the work supervised

The Candidate

• Bachelor’s degree preferred

• 3 years GMP experience or other regulated industry required

• 2 years providing quality assurance support to cGMP pharmaceutical production or other regulated industry required

• 1+ years of demonstrated leadership experience and 1+ years experience as a people manager preferred

• Demonstrated effective communication skills both written and verbal

• Experience with Trackwise and ability to write or review events/deviations preferred.

• Knowledge of warehousing including receipt process and shipping preferred.

• Individual may be required to sit, stand, walk regularly and occasionally lift 0-15 pounds
