Martz Bus, a leader in motor coach transportation, is currently accepting applications for the position of Supervisor of Operations – Wilkes-Barre, PA . Martz Bus is family owned and operated, and has been in the motor coach industry for over a century.
The Supervisor of Operations is responsible for dispatching Motor Coach Operators, monitoring routes and schedules, and supervising the performance of Motor Coach Operators.
We are seeking high performers who are looking to join a family owned and operated business. If you are a high performer, and looking for a job where you can implement your ideas this is the position for you.
The ideal candidate will be energetic, self-motivated and detail oriented who has a demonstrated track record of supervisory experience and knowledge of Department of Transportation regulations. Possessing a commercial drivers license is a plus. This is a floating position. Must be able to travel between Wilkes-Barre and Stroudsburg, PA locations.
Must be able to work the following schedule:
Monday, Tuesday & Friday 5:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
Saturday 3:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.
Sunday 11:45 a.m. - 7:45p.m.
