Position Summary:
Center for Family Services is seeking a dedicated and responsible person for our Visitation Support Worker Position in Passaic County. The Support Worker will provide transportation and supervised visitation to families involved with the Department of Child Protection and Permanency.
Location: Paterson, NJ
Job Type/Status: Part Time
Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain professional boundaries, behaviors and attitude toward a diverse population.
• Transporting the child(ren) and parent(s) to and from a pre-determined pick up/drop off location (using agency vehicles)
• Observes and documents the visit and ensures family members safety during transport and visit.
• Worker reports to Program Coordinator.
• Must have some daytime and evening availability.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidates Must be 18 years or older
• High School Diploma required, some College preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain boundaries.
• Must be culturally sensitive to work with a diverse population.
• Current drivers license & good driving record of 3 years
