The Retail Store and Office Manager will facilitate and supervise the daily operations of our new Pagani showroom. They will be responsible for greeting the clients browsing the store and assisting them with their shopping needs. They will be responsible for taking track of the merchandise inventory and coordinate with our vendors the replenishment of the missing items. They will coordinate with our dealers and supervise their merchandise needs, coordinating with our Italian Parent Company. They will also supervise the office and other employees’ needs.
Responsibilities and Duties
· Manage the shop and its operations
· Set-up the windows
· Greet the customers and take care of their shopping needs
· Maintain proper inventory levels, ensure stocking, track the inventory levels
· Ensure the store remains clean and presentable at all times
· Be the point of contact for our Dealers’ merchandise needs
· Be the point of contact for our Parent Company merchandise team
· Be the point of contact for the Showroom operations
· Take care of the office needs

· Ability to operate basic business software programs
Education and training requirements
· High School Diploma
· Language: English and Spanish. Preferably Italian
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
