A targeted hourly range of USD $25/Hr. - USD $34/Hr., based on the experience, skills, and education/certification required for this position. Eligibility for a discretionary semi-annual incentive compensation plan, based upon performance, payable in cash and/or share grants (RSU’s) that may vest over time. The annual discretionary target bonus percentage is up to 20 %.

Recent college graduate Staff Auditor opportunity with career path, or 1+ year's internal audit. You will analyze various business units and report on the design and/or effectiveness of their internal controls using a risk-based methodology.
Responsibilities:
- Perform operational audits of various departments and products to determine compliance with established policies and procedures and/or certain banking regulations
- Assist with examination of Sarbanes–Oxley compliance by performing tests of controls within key business processes
- Perform a review or investigate issues at the request of the Board or Management
- Consult with Management to provide guidance on improvement opportunities
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Internal Audit Department
- Remain current on relevant company policies and procedures, as well as state and federal laws and regulations to ensure compliance
- Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or related field
- Plans to pursue one of the following certifications: CPA, CIA, or CISA
- Multi-task, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines
- Work effectively as part of a team, while also successfully executing independent assignments
- Analyze and creatively solve problems
- Identify and evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of controls
Preferred:
- Internship in accounting or audit
- Banking or financial services
- SOX
