Job Title: Warehouse Stacker
Reports To: Outbound Manager
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Classification: Full Time

Job Summary: The Warehouse Stacker accurately builds and completes account orders using proper lifting and pallet stacking techniques.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• None

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Follow directions accurately, consistently, and safely.
• Properly build pallets and/or carts with products from the downstack lanes of the conveyor.
• Utilize an iPad to read incoming products to support the building of pallets and/or carts.
• Ensure that products are organized and stacked in a way to travel within the warehouse properly.
• Maintain and oversee multiple downstack lanes consistently.
• Communicate with Loaders consistently for pallets and/or carts to be relocated.
• Bring empty pallets and/or carts to downstack lanes as necessary.
• Properly wrap the tops of each cart and/or pallet upon order completion.
• Mark orders complete on iPads to print out the pallet tags.
• Properly attach the pallet tag to the top of each complete pallet and/or cart to indicate completion to the loaders.
• Add any handpicked cases or bottle-picked cases to the correct orders.
• Keep downstack area clean throughout shift.
• Clean assigned area at the end of the shift.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Good communication skills both individually and within the Warehouse team to drive teamwork.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment during Outbound shift, Sunday through Thursday (12pm-workload is completed.) Start and end times are subject to change and determined by workload.
• Punctual and dependable.

Education/Experience:

• High School graduate or GED.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds continuously.
• Walking, standing, pushing, pulling, and lifting, frequently.
