The Sr. Recruiter role will help lead and support sourcing and recruiting efforts for the brand-new Electrification & Advanced Power Solutions division. Partner with hiring manager from commercial to engineering to understand staffing needs, review/create requisitions and build sourcing strategy, and communicate market trends and analytics.
Responsibilities
- Primary recruiting contact for the Electrification & Advanced Power Solutions division. Continually engages with hiring managers and leadership team to understand current and future business needs. Have an in depth understanding of the business areas (electrification, energy) and the skills which are in demand.
- Effectively program manages recruitment function and manage candidate pipeline, and the quality of the talent pipeline.
- Maintain and ensure compliance with local recruitment policies & processes.
- Track candidate process and minimize time to hire (Resume (CV) to offer) through driving the candidate pipeline. Understand and use Workday Recruit, LinkedIn Recruiter and other Talent Acquisition systems and tools to drive results.
- Develop or assist with the development of job requisition/specifications and set up appropriate assessment methodologies/processes for the business units. Ensure a positive candidate experience is at the forefront of all recruitment activity.
- Provide continual feedback to the business units on recruitment results via recruiting status updates to Regional and Global Recruiting Leadership including performance vs. targets, sourcing/recruiting challenges/issues etc.
- Collaborate with other regions to share knowledge and lessons learned. Provide back-up recruiting services for other regions as needed.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data including recruiting metrics, recruitment channels etc. to ensure strategies are working.
- Ability to continually seek opportunities for process improvement and implement as appropriate.
- Work with process owners and governance council to ensure correct level of approval is determined for process changes and updated documentation is provided to all service centers.
- Proactive in identifying gaps and providing solutions/recommendations for improvements
Qualifications
- 10+ years of Talent Acquisition experience
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Proficiency with Talent Acquisition and HR Tech (examples: Workday, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, Beamery)
- This position will be location within geographic locations where we currently have Electrification teams; Illinois, Texas and Arizona.
