We are seeking an experienced and results-driven HR business partner to align our HR initiatives and functions with business objectives and business needs. The ideal candidate should improve HR initiatives, enhance employee morale, enhance relations between staff and employers, contribute to attaining business goals, promote good HR practices, and attract talented recruits. This role will report to our Sr. Director, HRBP.

What will you do?
- Responsible for providing active strategic & operational support to key business leaders and teams across the organization, including client groups in Product
- Advise leaders and teams on HR issues such as organization development & change, leadership, talent development & management, compensation, performance, culture, employee relations, and learning and development.
- Accountable for understanding and supporting the strategic direction and goals of the business and contributing to driving a high-performance culture.
- Anticipate and help to design and shape organizational change; Act as change agent to support strategic initiatives;
- Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR team to develop solutions, programs and policies
- Proactively developing, recommending, and implementing HR operational plans to support business goals specifically in talent acquisition, retention, training, talent management strategies, succession planning initiatives and employee relations.
- Coaching business leaders on how to engage colleagues, address people issues and build people capabilities effectively; coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions.
- In partnership with Sr. Director, HRBP and compensation team, play a leading role on compensation benchmarking and strategies
- Closely partner & collaborate with legal, finance & HR colleagues in Talent Acquisition, People Operations, Talent Engagement (Training, DEI), and Communications to present one face of HR to the organization.
We are looking for someone with:
- 5-7+ years experience as a Human Resources professional with demonstrated success in establishing strong business relationships as an advisor and consultant
- Bachelors degree a plus
- Professional certification highly desired (SHRM and/or PHR) a plus
- Ability to develop trusting relationships at all levels within the organization to gain support to achieve results.
- Ability to perform in a high-pressure environment and render good decisions while resolving problems.
- Communicate (written and verbal) in a highly effective way with Senior Leaders – focusing on content, outcomes and value relevant to business leaders.
- Serve as a thought leader and have the ability to have a hands on approach.
- Displays strong analytical skills that enables the business to make informed and effective decisions.
