MATRIX has partnered with a premier client in finding a Sr. Certified Scrum Master that is 100% remote for a long term (18 month+) contract opportunity. - Will be expected to run 2-3 teams within the client

- Process in nature
- Process with Cloud Deployment
- STRONGLY PREFER Scrum certification or PMP
- STRONGLY PREFER to have experience with SAAS or Cloud deployment
- Cloud Deployment - PM or Scrum Master of cloud suite of Workday, salesforce, ServiceNow, Jira or any other SAAS Solutions (understanding requirements, design, configurement, testing - overall process and understanding)
- Should have at least 1 large project experience with SAAS or Cloud Deployment
- NOT looking for people with 20+ years experience
- Looking for people with 5-15 years experience
- Should have a LOT of energy and work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Will be managing offshore team (In India)
Description/Comment:
Typical project size: 10-20 FTE.
Strong stakeholder management required, involving coaching and partnering with business stakeholders to validate the programmers strategic business case, define success metrics and criteria, and to identify, measure, and sustain planned vs. achieved benefit.
- Scrum Master/Agile Coach (Including Scrum @scale experience)
- Highly preferable Business Agility/Product development experience.
- Individual will be supporting a global team India, EU, US, 3days/week for the Technical Standards / Team in P&T. Parallel, 2days/week, support for a PTX/PTP collaboration for a Technology Development in the Heat Storage space.
- This last one is for the implementation and execution of scrum@scale.
Skills & Requirements:
- Scrum Master certifications (PSM I, CSM, PSM II, PSM III, CSP, CTC) - MUST BE CERTIFIED
- Total overall experience of 10-14 years. In this overall experience, should be playing the Scrum Master role for at least 2-4 years for a Scrum Team
- Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency
- Experience being on multiple Scrum teams in a variety of different contexts (different team sizes, different organizations, different cultures, co-located vs. distributed, etc.)
- Knowledge of other approaches discussed in the Agile space: XP, Kanban, Nexus, LeSS, SAFe, DevOps etc.
- Knowledge and/or experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games
- Software development background is an advantage - HUGE PLUS
