We’re seeking a future team member in the role of Specialist, Production Services Application Support to join our Investment Management Production Services team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA /Lake Mary, FL - HYBRID/REMOTE .

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Ability to converse across varied background levels of technology and understanding.
• Demonstrated ability to advise and escalate as necessary and to ensure accurate information is being captured in an incident ticket or change request.
• The ability to assess and coordinate remediation and mitigation efforts.
• Demonstrated ability to follow, produce, and enhance policy and procedures and documentation of those.
• High-level knowledge of the distributed platforms (such as windows and Unix/Linux, as well as MainFrame knowledge.)

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

• 5 - 8 years of diverse experience in multiple areas of information technology required.
• Experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
• Strong communication skills.
• Operations Knowledge a plus knowledge from a diverse background.
• Knowledge of ESP, distributed services on windows and Unix/Linux platforms.
• Has been a member of a NOC, or Operations team.
• Has basic networking knowledge, use of Service Now, Splunk, monitoring dashboards, Moogsoft, Solar Winds, F5 loadbalancers IIS, windows admin tools, Hipam, remote connection, pcomm / hummingbird, connection central, windows explorer, appengine.
