Spa Receptionist $15/hr (Weekends) Job at Turf Valley Resort
The Spa at Turf Valley Resort is looking for a part-time Spa Receptionist.
MUST BE ABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS.
Opportunity to pick up day shifts during the week in our Spa Call Center.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Answering phone calls
- Responding to guest requests and questions
- Scheduling services for guests
- Preparing for guest’s arrival
- Confirming appointments
- Checking and maintaining spa area cleanliness
- Restocking spa items
- Processing payments and purchases
- At least one year experience in an upscale guest service environment; preferably in a hotel, spa or related environment
- Professional customer service skills a must
- Computer skills a must
- Must be punctual, reliable and have excellent time management skills
- Ability to lift up to 15 lbs.
- Must be 18 years of age or older
