Sous Chef / Kitchen manager position for our Lewes location, The Wheelhouse Restaurant 7 Anglers rd Lewes, De 19958-
-Managing a small crew of line cooks and prep cooks with daily operations of the kitchen
-Able to follow recipes and enjoy cooking food from scratch. All of our menu items are made from scratch. We take great pride in constantly excelling with food and our menus using fresh, local ingredients as much as possible.
-keeping the kitchen up to standards with cleaning and health code standards
-Being a leader on all aspects of this kitchen, not afraid to cook on the line, running the expo on a daily basis
-keep a low food cost and ensuring our team in the kitchen is trained and aware of all costs involved
- work towards moving up in our growing company as we are very ambitious owners willing to grow as and become the best. We are family owned and operated since 2000.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
