La Riv is an upscale casual restaurant that features a wood fired oven and a comprehensive menu that is unique to this area. We are a scratch hands on kitchen seeking talented cooks who understands the fundamentals of this type of cuisine. Experience and knowledge is required and then from there we will train how our operation functions. A culinary degree is not required,but strongly recommended as well as dedication and experienc.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and train kitchen staff.
- Ensure that all food is prepared according to recipes and standards.
- Ensure that all food is stored and handled properly.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Monitor food waste and cost control.
- Develop new recipes and menus.
- Assist in menu planning and preparation of special events.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
