Responsibilities of the Software Developer/Programmer Analyst will include:

• Develop new systems and enhance existing systems using modern languages and methods.
• Communicate with clients and gather requirements
• Identify application issues and areas to improve systems
• Participate in application design sessions and code reviews
• Troubleshoot applications
• Maintain program revisions
• Create requirements use cases, mockups, and documentation
• Participate in developing documentation
• Assist in team leadership and enforce development deadlines and schedules
• Additional responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications of the Software Developer/Programmer Analyst:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or an Associate degree with equivalent experience
• 2-3+ years' experience working in current technologies developing modern applications such as C#, Golang, C++, JAVA, HTML/JavaScript/CSS
• Prior experience working independently and within a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and collaborative skills
