What You Will Be Doing
- Design, develop, and implement backend components, deployment infrastructure, APIs, and communication protocols.
- Design integration strategies - this will be a big focus for us in 2023.
- Work alongside of, and report directly to our Chief Product Officer and CEO to carry out business needs.
- Actively mentor developers who are more junior than yourself.
What You Need for this Position
- BSCS or equivalent technical degree preferred
- 3+ years of hands-on development experience (backend development experience preferred)
- Mid-level experience in one or more of the following programming languages: Node.js, Golang, Python, Java, Scala, Rust, Ruby, or C++
- Experience with relational DBs and NoSQL DBs like Redis, MongoDB, Firebase, etc.
- Experience with cloud services in AWS or GCP
Nice to have:
- Integration experience a HUGE plus
- Experience with Neo4J, or similar graph databases
