Social Media Specialist Job at Latham Centers Inc
Job Summary:
The Marketing and Social Media Specialist at Latham Centers will be responsible for creating, managing, and executing strategic marketing campaigns and outreach programming. The ideal candidate should be creative, detail-oriented, and have a strong understanding of social media trends, analytics, and web development. The Marketing and Social Media Specialist will report directly to the Vice President of Marketing, Admissions, and Licensing and will be responsible for promoting Latham Centers, its services, and programs.
Statement of Responsibilities:
- Developing social media strategies: Analyze the client's business, industry, target audience, and competitors to develop a social media strategy that aligns with their goals and objectives.
- Develop, manage, and implement digital marketing strategies for Latham Centers across social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Create content for Latham Centers’ website, social media channels, email campaigns, and other promotional materials
- Managing social media accounts: Manage and optimize social media accounts, including posting content, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring social media trends.
- Monitoring and analyzing social media metrics: Track and analyze social media metrics, such as audience engagement, reach, and conversions, to measure the success of social media campaigns and optimize campaigns in real-time.
- Monitor Latham Centers’ social media channels for comments/feedback and respond as appropriate
- Providing guidance and support: Provide guidance and support on social media best practices, emerging trends, and tools, and help clients adapt to changes in social media algorithms and policies.
- Work with the Vice President of Marketing, Admissions, and Licensing to support public relations efforts regarding positive media coverage and positive messaging about Latham Centers
- Collaborate and maintain relationships with external partners to increase exposure and bring awareness to Latham Centers
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Implementing paid social media advertising: Develop and execute paid social media advertising campaigns, including setting up and managing advertising accounts, creating ad content, and monitoring ad performance.
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders: Work closely with clients, internal marketing teams, and external agencies to align social media strategies with overall marketing and business objectives.
