We have an exciting opportunity for a Social Content Creator to join our team. Reporting the Content Director, this role works in tandem with the Social Media Management team, Influencer & Affiliate Marketing team and the Creative team to brainstorm, develop, execute and analyze social content across all channels and networks. This role will help lead short-form video content development for specific social channels (primarily Tik Tok).

What we're looking for:

• Previous content creation experience on social media platforms (TikTok specifically) on behalf of brands spanning different industries and verticals (including but not limited to CPG, Hospitality, Retail, Outdoors, B2B, Finance, etc.)
• Experience understanding client goals for social media (TikTok) and influencer campaigns, and leveraging brand voice and tone for ultimate success
• Proficiency in creating lo-fi content using native iPhone tools, apps, and the TikTok editing suite
• Background in social media management, community development, influencer marketing and campaign development preferred
• Interest in being on-camera when needed (Tik Tok)
• Time management skills and the ability to execute creative content quickly and accurately
• Positive, intuitive, proactive, and collaborative team player

What you'll do:

• Partner with the social and creative teams to ideate, source, and create original real-time content for all necessary audiences, identifying trends at the cusp of virality to help grow awareness and build community for multiple clients
• Serve as an on-the-ground social producer during shoots and/or events as needed
• Create social-first content that could live across all client social platforms
• Partner with the Influencer and Affiliates team on the identification and recruitment of influencers for specific client campaigns
• Assist with nurturing influencer relationships as well as partnering to integrate UGC and Creator content into clients TikTok strategy
• Be responsible as the social media lead on a number of the agencies smaller accounts
• Prepare special reports or assignments defined by the Content Director or executive team members.
• Assist with new business pitches or contract renewals as needed by the team(s)
