Site Superintendent

We are currently seeking a Site Superintendent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will also be responsible for managing subcontractors, maintaining a safe work environment, and communicating effectively with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring work is completed according to project specifications and timelines
• Manage subcontractors, including scheduling and coordination
• Monitor job site activities for safety hazards and address any issues promptly
• Maintain accurate records of all on-site activities, including daily logs and progress reports
• Communicate regularly with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are being met
• Identify and proactively address any issues that may impact project timeline or budget
• Ensure all work is completed to the highest quality standards
• Ensure all work meets or exceeds local building codes

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in construction management or a related field
• Knowledge of construction principles, techniques, and safety protocols
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret project schedules, plans, and specifications
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating multiple trades

Salary and Benefits

• Full time
• Salary $50,000 to $75,000 per year, Depending on Experience
