Site Project Manager-McCordsville, IN

Job Overview:

The Site Project Manager will oversee all aspects of onsite project scope at a customer facility in McCordsville, IN. This position will be engaged in delivering and managing a project for a fortune 100 customer in the rapidly growing e-comm industry.

The Project Manager will coordinate efforts among workers and outside vendors, as well as develop effective schedules and suggest action items that still need to be completed to successfully complete the project. The Project Manager will have the opportunity to work with cutting edge technology and will play an integral part in implementing strategic plans with large enterprise clientele.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Be present onsite Mon-Fri and attend onsite meetings with the customer
• Coordinate daily action items including new items that pop up
• Directly interface with the customer and communicate project status
• Directly interface with software development teams and be able to coordinate onsite activities related to testing and implementation
• Track technical issues and provide solutions
• Make sure project meets deadlines and is completed within budget
• Effectively communicate project status and suggest changes to use resources more efficiently

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in administration, business, management or a related field
• 2+ years of previous experience in similar technical position preferred
• Problem solver with excellent leadership skills
• Self-motivated and able to work on own

Physical Demands and Working Conditions:

• 10%-25% travel but majority of time will be spent onsite
