Role Player - Onsite Lead
The Onsite Lead possesses significant experience providing day-to-day management and supervision of contract personnel and support operations, potentially involving multiple tasks with large groups of personnel across multiple locations. The Onsite Lead shall supervise contractor personnel to ensure quality performance and contract compliance and ensure a safe and fair work environment.
Description
- Responsible for capturing, filling, and deconflicting all requirements for role players and surveillance teams to support various practical exercises associated with course offerings and is responsible for the overall performance of contract role players.
- Knowledgeable with the courses being taught and the roles that surveillance and role players have in the execution of practical exercises.
- Work jointly with instructors and subject matter experts (SMEs) in order to understand the requirement for roles required to execute practical exercises that support learning objectives.
- Serve as a role player only when unexpected situations make it necessary (e.g. scheduled role players become unavailable on the day role player support is required/scheduled).
Minimum Requirements
- The Onsite Lead shall have a minimum of five (5) years’ supervisory experience
- Must have demonstrated experience in interfacing directly with the Government to capture, prioritize, and deconflict requirements.
- The Onsite Lead shall possess excellent oral communication skills and have the ability to plan for, and manage, numerous complex and time critical activities simultaneously.
