Regent Cabinets is hiring a Shop Drawing Estimator in Lakewood, NJ.
This is an entry-level role, that offers the opportunity to learn and grow within the Cabinet Industry. MS Office and excel skills are needed, and the client will train on the rest!
As a Shop Drawing Estimator, you will be reading blueprints in relation to new building projects and extracting information to be used for customer pricing. You will be reviewing architectural plans of kitchens and vanities to confirm the layouts are correct
Regent Cabinets, a member of the HCI portfolio, is a provider of custom cabinets, countertops and related hardware to the multi-family construction industry. The Company also imports pre-cut stone, marble and quartz countertops that are sold with their cabinets. Regent is currently focused on the premium, 100+ unit segment of the multi-family market in the US.
Key Responsibilities:
Reading blueprints and extracting data to be used for pricing
Collaborating with team members in the drawing department
Reviewing information to ensure accuracy
Using various software to redraw layouts ensuring correct pricing quotes
Job Qualifications:
Microsoft Office Suite application experience
Basic Microsoft Excel ability
Design 2020 software experience a plus
Prior construction or kitchen remodel experience a plus
