Candidate must be able to manage a workforce of up to 20 employees, able to delegate and communicate clearly, able to make good decisions in a fast paced environment, able to schedule, able to manager inventory, able to route delivery trucks, able to conduct safety meetings and create an environment of safety, able to perform excellent customer service and meet deadlines, and able to challenge and motivate a workforce.
