Description:
Primary responsibilities will be to load and unload truck multiple times per day; verify incoming and outgoing materials meet all company requirements; sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color or product code; assist in counting of physical inventory; operate powered industrial vehicles (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.) in a safe manner and maintain accurate records and assist in inventory control.
Qualified candidates must have 2-3 years of proven experience in Receiving; experience in operating forklifts to unload steel and aluminum plate, round, tubing, etc. and well as unit of measure conversion for proper systematic receipt of these materials; working knowledge of computer programs for entering data; basic math and recording abilities; excellent organizational skills; strong communication and interpersonal abilities; keen eye for detail; be able to lift 50 lbs. and maintains a safe and environmentally sound work.
This position will also serve as a back-up to the Driver position which include local delivery and pickup maintaining professional representation of the Company in all interactions with customers and through responsible driving.
One of these positions will be in Collegeville, the other will be in Harleysville.

Pay: From $21.00 per hour
