Old Brooklyn Cheese Company, founded by Michael Januska in 2016 is located Cleveland's Old Brooklyn neighborhood. In September 2020, Old Brooklyn Cheese Co. expanded their operations to the Van Aken Market Hall in Shaker Heights. Currently hiring for a Shift Leader:
-Responsible for day-to-day shift operations (opening, closing, in-house production)
-Responsible for weekly orders (cheese, food production orders, etc)
-Responsible for overseeing staff, continual training
-Creating weekly specials, events, etc
Job Duties to include, but not limited to:
*Customer Service/Counter Help
*Proper phone etiquette/phone orders
*Register/cash handling
*Sandwich preparation
*Cheese & Charcuterie Board Assembly
*Daily prep as instructed
*Basic knife skills
*Daily/weekly/monthly cleaning duties
*Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
*Must be able to stand on feet for multiple hours in a row (breaks followed in accordance with State of Ohio Labor Laws)

Ideal candidates will have experience with customer service, register/cash handling, are good at multi-tasking and love to work with others!
