Sheet Metal Processor’s Responsibilities
In this position, you’d be responsible for…
- Reading blueprints and cut lists
- Setting up the machines
- Quality checks on the machines and metals
- Checking for accuracy of cut size or bend
- Competently running most of the machines in the department
- Be able to become proficient on machinery you don’t have previous experience operating
- And last but not least, doing other duties as assigned to help out your teammates!
We believe in clear roles and communication, so you’ll always know what’s expected of you.

Sheet Metal Processor’s Requirements
There are a few things you have to be able to do to perform this job effectively and
safely:
- Be able to lift 50-75+ lbs on a continual basis
- Be able to push and pull carts
- Be able to use repetitive motions
- Have basic math skills and can use a calculator
- Be able to reach overhead frequently
- Be able to stand on concrete for up to 10 hours a day
- Be able to read a tape measure and other basic measuring tools
- Be able to pass a drug safety screen prior to employment.
- Be able to pass a physical prior to employment.
- ALWAYS be able to adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
