Job Duties:

• Create financial plans in PX, agendas, and recommendations
• Join lead advisor in client meetings and serve as a “chair 2”
• Aid in client meetings by making presentations, taking notes, completing dictation, and building client relationships
• Implement financial plans for clients (with guidance from lead advisor)
• Take the lead on routine client questions
• Serve as the primary conduit between the client and operations team
• Manage 401K and Simple IRA book of business
• Organize meeting material electronically and utilize technology for better efficiencies
• Gathering financial data in advance of review meetings
• Create and analyze Morningstar reports

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree Required
• 2-7 years Financial Service or Insurance experience required
• Life and Health, Series 6 & 63 licenses are required
• Series 7 license preferred
• Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation preferred
• Understanding and execution of firm’s planning philosophy and planning process
• Ability to use firm planning philosophy to develop well thought out recommendations to meet client needs
• Service mindset for excellent client care and client rapport building
• Internal and external communication skills and organization that creates harmony with clients and team members

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
