Between the Bun is entering its busy season and we are seeking a few motivated all-stars to join our team as full or part time service staff. In this position, you will assist in creating a high-quality dining experience for our guests. You will answer customers' questions, recommend restaurant specials/products, assist them with their choices, take their orders, and deliver their meals with a smiling attitude. We are looking for a candidate who is outgoing, energetic, dependable and calm under pressure who knows how to be a team player and knows how to work with urgency when needed.

You will:

*Greet customers promptly with a smile as they enter the restaurant and as you greet tables. *Memorize the menu for on-demand recitation and questions about ingredients. *Confidently suggest/upsell restaurant specials & custom products. *Accurately take customer orders and enter them on a POS system. *Deliver food to tables ensuring order accuracy. *Satisfactorily complete sidework/tasks as instructed by management ensuring a clean and orderly environment for customers. *Take, enter and bag to-go orders via phone or online ensuring order accuracy.

Qualifications/Requirements include:

* At least 19 years of age. *Service/Sales experience helpful but not required. We will train. * A valid Indiana liquor license and completed Servsafe training. *Some weekend and night availability a must. *Ability to thrive in an active, noisy & sometimes challenging/demanding environment. *Flexibility *Familiarity with a restaurant POS system a plus. *Thick skin when dealing with the general public. *Drive, motivation and desire to succeed. *Ability to memorize new products including both food, drinks and specials.

Training Wage: $7.25/hr. After Training $4.00 + Tips.
