RAYUS Radiology, formerly Center for Diagnostic Imaging, is looking for an experienced Senior Financial Reporting & Data Analyst to join our team. As a Senior Financial Reporting & Data Analyst, you willplay a lead role in the development, visualization, and communication of reliable information in support of achieving the organization's financial and operational objectives. The Senior Financial Reporting & Data Analyst reports to the Vice President/Controller and works closely with the CFO and other senior leadership across the organization. This is a full-time, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm position. It is preferred that this role be performed remotely anywhere in the state of Minnesota or Western Wisconsin. We will periodically request attendance at in-person group meetings, trainings, andevents. Thisis a full-time position;Monday Thru -Friday 8:00-5:00 PM

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the development and documentation of organizational data assets and definitions
• Query and extract data from multiple databases and management information systems and apply complex formulas to clean data and perform extensive validation
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and solve data quality issues
• Contribute to standard financial processes that include month-end closing, forecasts, annual operating plan, and management reporting with data models that assist the end users
• Automate distribution of information to key stakeholders to assist in decision making
• As subject matter expert, design templates & tools that interface with IBM Planning Analytics for Excel budgeting software
• Develop and maintain complex financial models to support the annual budgeting and forecasting process
• Own and manage Microsoft Management Reporter software reporting and maintenance creating data sets and templates for end-users
• Participate in design sessions for new systems and features to enhance business processes
• Manage projects and ensure that deadlines are met and consistent with stakeholder expectations
• Prepare the consolidated monthly and quarterly board packages
• Partner with cross-functional business leaders to develop and track key performance indicators
• Prepare presentations and other financial materials for senior management and the Board of Directors
• Continually improve analytical techniques, forecast accuracy, and automate, refine, and improve reporting to reduce data gathering time and provide actionable analysis and commentary
• Prepare ad hoc reports/analysis and special projects as needed

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• Minimum 7 years accounting/finance experience
• Advanced Microsoft excel user familiar with VBA, Power Query, Tables and writing macros to automate
• Fluency in SQL and Power BI along with other programming and visualization tools
• Experience in project management specific to finance and accounting
• Experience with multi-entity budgeting/forecasting/reporting and experience with managing multiple entities

Preferred:

• CFA or CPA Designation
• Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains software experience
• IBM Planning Analytics for Excel software experience
• Healthcare Industry experience
