The following position is to join our Corporate or Research Center Team:
Raytheon Technologies is looking for a Senior Project Manager, Workforce Planning to join the Workforce Intelligence COE in HR. This is a team that is chartered with delivering data-driven, integrated solutions that enable better business performance and improve employee experience. You will get to work and collaborate with a team of diverse experts and build solutions that transform HR and its services.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Leads project plans and engagements on multiple workforce planning projects
- Collaborate with the senior leadership team and share RTX’s workforce planning story at external conferences and trade groups, to pressure test RTX’s products, services, and processes with other experts in the field.
- Improvement existing and / or develop new also strategies to enhance RTX’s workforce planning initiatives; in addition, iterate and make them useful for our customers.
- Implement new products, processes, standards, and operational plans that will have impact on the achievement of functional results.
- Drive stakeholder engagement and coordination across multiple cross functional teams and stakeholders, driving timely and effective completion of milestones
- Navigate complexities that arise when building an enterprise level solution that spans across multiple business units with varying program requirements
- Develop stakeholder and executive updates, presentations, and data driven narratives that facilitate key discussions and actions
- Support action planning activities and coordination with HR partners and talent SME’s to help implementation of actions that address workforce gaps
- Provide consulting and data analysis to working teams and business stakeholders on findings and progress of workforce planning activities
- Produce recurring reporting and metrics that identify, interpret, and communicate (graphically, quantitatively, and qualitatively) key trends and insights regarding ROI of workforce planning initiatives
- Collaborate with other members of the workforce intelligence and HR digital technology team in the development and implementation of technology (systems, tools, dashboards) that support workforce planning
Required Qualifications:
- Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience.
- Extensive experience and knowledge in workforce planning, systems implementation, data analysis, either within HR, Finance, or other domains.
- Experience developing and managing project plans and compelling artifacts that drive successful execution and stakeholder engagement
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Direct regularly scheduled project update meetings and exercise hard and soft leadership skills to drive business outcomes
- Advanced knowledge of MS PowerPoint, MS Excel and ability to create templates and training programs to drive program growth
- Strong communication and collaboration skills along with the ability to work with various technical and functional teams.
- Proven ability to absorb and learn new types of information quickly and effectively
- Must be a U.S Citizen/ U.S Person ‘Green Card’ Holder
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in project management, data analysis, and management consulting
- Interest in research and a natural intellectual curiosity
- Experience in human resources, talent acquisition, workforce planning, business analysis, industry research, management consulting, strategic planning, or quantitative analysis.
- Familiarity with analytic, business intelligence, and/or data mining tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, SAS, or Qlik
- The ability to manipulate, aggregate, and normalize data from different sources to drive intelligence.
