AT A GLANCE

As a Digital Health Senior Product Manager, you will be supporting Optum's flagship direct-to-consumer platform—the Optum Store. Successful candidates must develop and demonstrate excellence in strategic and critical thinking, product design and development, consumer experience design, and issue resolution. The role will afford the opportunity to enhance the direct-to-consumer offerings available through the Optum Store.

Positions in this job family support the launch of new products and improvement of existing products. They review product performance against expectations and facilitate or influence changes to the product portfolio to improve competitive position and optimal product performance. They may work with internal or external business constituents to determine future direction and involve working within multiple product functions.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop new programs and services from product concept through implementation leveraging existing organizational processes
  • Work with, coordinate, and manage multiple external vendors to develop new products
  • Support the ongoing management of products and services in the Optum Store portfolio ensuring performance standards, KPIs, and critical business outcomes are met
  • Measure financial and growth goals towards defined organizational objectives
  • Facilitate or influence changes to product portfolio to improve competitive position and optimize product performance
  • Monitor and understand consumer and customer needs and translate them into product requirements
  • Work with cross-functional partners including, but not limited to: Marketing, Operations, Finance, Market Research, Clinical Services, and Customer Service
  • Build clear lines of communication to and with business and product stakeholders to obtain, proof, validate, and approve ideas for innovation
  • Lead interdepartmental teams where appropriate in the development and execution of innovation ideas

What We're Looking For:

  • At least 3 years of experience in product development, product management or related
  • At least 1 year of experience with defining requirements and managing through execution
  • At least 1 year of experience with data analysis and developing reporting metrics to shape business priorities
  • Familiarity with common product development tools and concepts (i.e., wire framing, prototyping, A/B testing and agile development methods)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Pursuant to various state Fair Pay Acts, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company. The following benefits are provided by RVO Health, subject to eligibility requirements.

  • Starting Salary: $90,000-125,000 *Note actual salary is based on geographic location, qualifications and experience
