This role is a seasoned professional who will support the realization of Experience Driven by defining the next generation Network Observability and Management platform. As a Sr PLM, you will apply technical expertise and customer empathy to define value-driven capabilities for product development teams worldwide. You will be involved in exciting new markets such as SD-WAN, SASE, 5G, Intent based networking, and Wi-Fi 7. You will partner with innovative teams working on advanced network monitoring, digital experience monitoring, multi-cloud networking, configuration management, and network automation.
Network Software Product Line Team:
We are a team of passionate product managers who want to deliver trustworthy software to customers. Broadcom makes chips to build connections and our job is to make software that ensures these connections are reliable. The product management team consists of 20+ professionals spread out globally in North America and India, and you will be a senior member of the team. Our business has been experiencing double digit growth in the last few years and we believe with your help, we have the chance to grow even more.
Job Responsibilities
As a Sr PLM, you will guide the product strategy and planning for the network management platform

Primary coverage of networking domains and architectures

Participate in agile development process as a product owner

Document MRD and PRD for new solution and facilitate agreement from cross functional team

Orchestrate intricate validation of product concepts and prototypes with customers

Collaborate with Sales and Solution Engineers in customer engagements

Ensure features and capabilities are adopted and benefiting customers

Represent the product team in tradeshows and customer advisory events
Skills and Experience
To qualify for this position, you should have:

A bachelor's degree in Engineering; MBA is a plus

Minimum 12 years in networking areas such as SD-WAN, SASE, or Multi-cloud Networking

Experience in Agile software development

Demonstrated customer management skills in vetting visible and hidden needs

Expertise in using PowerPoint to convey complex topics and Excel to analyze financials

Compensation and Benefits
The annual base salary range for this position is $111,000 - $185,000.
This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
