About the Role
You will assist in the planning, designing, implementation, maintenance of our network environment.
You will provide support to teams and vendors to resolve complex issues. You will provide in-depth troubleshooting and analysis to ensure a swift resolution.

Responsibilities
- Developing, designing, implementing and maintaining a production network and server capacity network environment
- Creating documentation for software configurations, installations, network diagrams, backup and recovery to ensure standardization of guidelines
- Partnering with Security Engineers to provide guidance for planning and implementation of network security for our environment
- Developing and automating job control procedures commands or work flow diagrams for commonly used processes
- Monitoring and recommending changes to data circuits and bandwidth by conducting network performance monitoring and tuning
- Providing network problem analysis and identification by collaborating with network services teams and vendors to ensure resolution
Requirements
- Demonstrate thorough understanding of all network components and of program products assigned to support
- Have solid knowledge of network parameters to control, configure and install various systems
- Show an in-depth knowledge of software installation aids
- Have great communication skills and the ability to write clear and detailed documentation
- Have an impressive knowledge of network components, WAN and LAN
- Have great problem-solving skills when working in multiple operating and network environments
- Have a impressive understanding of network security
- Enjoy collaborating with cross-functional technical teams to plan, design, and implement projects
- Enjoy mentoring junior engineers by sharing skills and knowledge
