The primary purpose of the Senior Manager Product Marketing is to lead the antuit.ai product and content marketing team that develops a product and content marketing strategy for the antuit.ai solution portfolio. This role is responsible for executing against that strategy while building and maintaining a marketing competitive advantage. This position monitors the marketing activities for antuit.ai solutions and develops innovative marketing programs that drive positioning and demand for those solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Acts as marketing's single point of contact for antuit.ai’s overall portfolio to various stakeholders - internal and external
- Manages product marketing of the solution portfolio to reinvigorate and refresh the message in alignment with antuit.ai sales and Zebra messaging, including providing direction on creative/graphic design elements of messaging.
- Responsible for building holistic messaging campaigns that leverage various types of content (product marketing, case studies, newsletters, blog articles, infographics, video scripts, ebooks, media content, etc.) targeting V and above in the retail and CPG industries.
- Manages antuit.ai’s outbound content calendar.
- Identify under-performing assets and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Responsible for developing a response to primary competitors' marketing campaigns, messaging, etc.
- Ensures appropriate marketing participation on product launch calls to ensure regional GTM readiness from a marketing perspective
- Influences through marketing campaigns to drive demand generation and pipeline.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree in relatable field
- 12+ years of broad-based marketing or product management experience including 3+ years people management experience
Key Skills and Competencies
- Retail and/or CPG software marketing experience strongly preferred.
- Strong self-starter, able to work with little direction and prioritize appropriately. Willing to learn new technologies, as required.
- Excellent presentation & communication skills, including ability to write original content for website, blogs, media articles, case studies, infographics, ebooks, trade show information, etc.
- Ability to distill complex technical concepts into salient, business value messages and communication pieces.
- Organizational Agility: Matrix, direct and indirect management
- Influence/Negotiation/Partnership skills with subject matter experts and product teams
- Drive results and execution thru a virtual team
- Ability to technically understand how products fit in to create and deliver a solution
- Demonstrated whole lifecycle product marketing experience - from NPI to EOL
- Staff management/team leadership
- Competitive analysis, with a focus on neutralizing and responding to marketing tactics in region
Able to travel up to 25% domestic

Salary: USD 124800.00 - USD 187200.00 Yearly
Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.
Additionally, all Zebra roles are eligible for cash incentive programs. For example, sales roles have additional opportunity to earn substantial variable compensation tied to quota achievement. In most other roles, the Zebra annual cash incentive program links Company and individual performance together. Some roles may also be eligible for long-term incentive equity awards.
