Senior Loan Processing Specialist Job at Bank of Hawaii
Under the direction of the Supervisor or Manager, this position coordinates, oversees operations and provides support for all positions within the department and in the absence of the Supervisor. This position assists with department projects and delivers professional quality service to customers and teammates. Reviews and implements new and updated procedures to mitigate risk to the bank. If applicable or appropriate, assists with business unit’s compliance with applicable laws, regulations, regulatory requirements and Bank policies and procedures, including but not limited to those related to Fair Banking, Anti-Money Laundering laws and regulations, Bank Secrecy Act and USA PATRIOT Act.
In addition, this position is responsible for demonstrating and practicing ESS Excellent Sales and Service disciplines and behaviors.
