The Role

Kasais seeking a Senior Leasing Manager to lead and evolve our national medium-term lease program, maximizing revenue and profit contribution from this unique source of demand. Reporting to the Director of Sales, the Senior Leasing Manager will manage a small team of leasing agents and provide dotted-line support to portfolio teams pursuing off-season leases in smaller markets.

The Senior Leasing Manager would sit within the Sales and Marketing team. The Sales and Marketing team is dedicated to growing revenue at Kasa through all channels, as well as growing Kasa as a distinguished accommodations brand. Our mission is to build a distinctive brand that has direct relationships with guests.

About the Leasing Program

The Kasa Leasing Program is directly tied to our vision of unleashing the potential of livable space. By meeting both the short-term hospitality and long-term housing needs of consumers we are able to unlock new revenue streams and increase occupancy which in turn furthers our mission to make us indispensable to property partners and beloved by guests!

Here is a list of key areas of responsibilities:

  • Design and manage Kasa's national medium-term lease program, overseeing a small, dedicated leasing agent team.
  • Develop marketing plans, collateral, and sales tactics to appeal to the medium-term rental (MTR) guest.
  • Set goals in conjunction with overall revenue management strategy and manage CRM/pipeline for all properties deploying MTR.
  • Work with Legal and Finance to ensure compliance with tenant laws, develop Kasa leasing agreements, and fulfill financial obligations to tenants.
  • Support underwriting for properties where MTR will play a meaningful role in P&L success.

Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in leasing, corporate housing sales, extended-stay hotels, or property management
  • 2+ years of experience in program management and B2C sales in a PropTech startup context.
  • Experience in designing, refining, and managing lease-up programs with flexible or unusual lease terms.
  • Proven ability to climb a domain-specific learning curve like leasing quickly.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
