The Q Topanga is looking for a Leasing Consultant Superstar to join our dynamic team.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES - SENIOR LEASING CONSULTANT (Agent)

• The senior leasing consultant will assist the leasing manager in reviewing leasing paperwork and lease files and assist with coordinating move ins.
• The senior leasing consultant shall lease apartments in accordance with policy and procedures. Assist in marketing the community and generating traffic.
• The senior leasing consultant shall follow the sales process for on-site visits which include: answering incoming calls, scheduling sales appointments, greeting future residents, presenting the available apartments through personal tours and following up on inquiries.
• The senior leasing consultant is responsible for the consumer life cycle including acquisition of residents utilizing defined the sales process, providing excellent customer service, and retention of the residents.

LEASING CONSULTANT POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• At least 2 years of experience in high-end sales and customer service in property management or similar industry with a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated success with setting and achieving goals.
• The leasing consultant must have exceptional customer service skills with the ability to go the extra mile and create a 5-star experience for future and current residents.
• Strong organizational, presentation and communication skills, with high professionalism
• The leasing consultant must have an excellent knowledge of Microsoft office,
• Preferred Yardi and Yardi CRM knowledge
• Proactive problem solver with the ability to follow company policies and procedures
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Time-management and problem-solving skills are essential
• Maintain a professional appearance and friendly attitude toward residents and community staff
• Must display excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Attention to detail and quality
• Have experience working with a diverse group of individuals
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school or GED required
• Stand, sit or walk for an extended period
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 20 pounds without assistance
