Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Actively recruit for all open positions
- Helps the recruiting team while identifying staffing and recruiting needs, developing, and executing best practices for hiring and talent management.
- Administers compensation and benefit plans, conducts employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives, and provides support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any employee relations issues that may arise
- Monitors and ensures the organizations compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews and modifies policies and practices to maintain compliance.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ Years’ experience in Recruiting & Human Resources
- Bachelor’s Degree in human resources, Business Administration, or applicable field
- SHRM Certified
