Join our Amazing TEAM! We are looking to add a Dispatch /Customer Service Specialist to our team. We are willing to train and provide the resources needed to be successful in this career. The ideal candidate should posses a great attitude, organizational, professional, and telecommunication skills. Fitting into our Team First Culture and being on time will also be extremely important. This is a full time position 40 hrs. per week. Shift would be 8am-5pm or 8:30pm-5:30pm.

Very Occasional Saturdays are required.

Pay is $18 - $25 per hour depending on experience.

The position consists of communicating with our customers, schedule a repair appointment and provide our customers with both a positive experience as well as a solution to their needs.

Attention to detail and being a great listener will play a huge role in this position. The ideal candidate should be strong in both customer service as well as being very comfortable communicating professionally over the phone. The position also consists of coordinating and communicating with other employees as well as being able to dispatch technicians to customers that are in need of our services. Must be proficient at typing and using multiple computer programs.
