General Clerk III(Audio Visual Support)
Provides audio visual planning support and setup; maintains inventory of equipment and ensure adequate quantities of equipment based on demand.
MIMINUM REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
· Five years of experience working with audiovisual equipment and setup of the equipment. Particular knowledge of equipment, such as speaker phones/ VOIP conference phones, Smartboards, Wifi, LCD projectors, and display monitors.
· Must have knowledge of computer programs and basic software
· Technical aptitude towards AV systems, video conferencing, computer technology as well as networking, wireless standards.
· Setup event/conference room according to customer expectations;
· Deliver and setup of audiovisual equipment. Ensure customer understands how to operate equipment before departing the event or conference; leave a calling card if issues should arise during event or meeting; and/or remain in event conference to operate equipment, if requested to do so.
MINIMUM EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT:
High school diploma.
