Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Analyst Management III to join our team! In this role you will p erform Contractor Support services as a Senior Technical Training Advisor providing Program Management, Financial and Budget Support with Systems Engineering Analysis for Technical Training and Logistical Support to PEO UWS TR for completion of required tasks such as: (1) Provide program management support and logistic support to PEO UWS TR for the identification and resolution of program management and logistic issues associated with submarine weapons and training systems life-cycle support for existing, modified, and new trainer/training for submarines; (2) Assist in the development, preparation, and maintenance of related submarine training briefings, presentations, and technical information; (3) Assist in the technical review, evaluation, and development of management metrics and associated benchmarks in evaluation of program objectives to include identification of potential problem areas and recommendations for corrective actions.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Apply technical and management experience in reviewing/revising strategic training program policy and requirements documents to include financial and manpower resourcing and developing supporting briefs, reports, and correspondence.

  • Apply technical and management experience in reviewing and advising SYSCOM and OPNAV resource sponsors on the budget and resource requirements planning for training solutions and the lifecycle logistics support for those trainers to include developing supporting briefs, reports, and correspondence.

  • Apply extensive technical and management experience in reviewing Submarine Force operation and logistics related incidents for potential resolution via development of training requirements and solutions.

  • Support SYSCOM client in monitoring developments in submarine systems and advances in uses of modeling and simulation in responding to emergent system training requirements and developing supporting briefs, reports, and correspondence.

  • Support development and review effectiveness of SYSCOM training solution and associated logistics delivery and developing supporting briefs, reports, and correspondence.

  • Support SYSCOM client in development and delivery of Submarine Force level presentations on existing systems training effectiveness and requirements for emerging systems.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  • Engineering/Technical/Business Administration Degree, MS preferred

  • Microsoft Office Suite

  • Former Submarine Officer

  • Submarine Training experience (greater than 15 years)

  • Preferably Command (CO/XO) qualified

Salary Range:

$121,900.00 - $219,400.00
