Compensation: $23.35 per hour
Responsibilities:
Security Shift Supervisor
HSS is currently looking for Security Shift Supervisors toimplement and oversee security operations at individual facilities - including responsibilities for day-to-day supervision, motivation, coaching and training of our Officers on site.

Required Qualifications of the Security Shift Supervisor:
- Previous security experience
- Must be able to obtain and maintain any applicable licenses or certifications
- Ability to work designated shift
Preferred Qualifications of the Security Shift Supervisor:
- Previous experience training and overseeing staff

Required Qualifications of the Security Shift Supervisor:
- Completed High School Diploma or GED
- Age requirement (insert by recruiter)
- Must be able to obtain and maintain any applicable licenses or certifications.
- Strong vision abilities including color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
- Must be able to stand and/or walk for an entire work shift, move or lift objects up to 80 lbs., help restrain or lift a person.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to meet HSS’ driving guidelines if applicable (for Driving Roles)
Preferred Qualifications of the Security Shift Supervisor:
- Previous experience training and overseeing staff
Armed (Handgun) Qualifications:
- At least 21 years of age
- Ability to obtain and maintain any applicable local or state license or permit to carry a weapon.
- Ability to pass the initial and semi-annual HSS approved firearms training course to demonstrate proficiency in use of firearm
- Ability to participate and meet the requirements of additional firearms training at the discretion of the firearms instructor
- Ability to demonstrate a working knowledge of the HSS Firearms policies
TASER Qualifications:
- Ability to meet qualification standards when initially placed in a TASER position and annually thereafter
- Ability to obtain and maintain any applicable local or state license or permit to carry a TASER
- Ability to participate in and pass additional TASER training at the discretion of the TASER instructor
and/or HSS - Ability to demonstrate a working knowledge of the HSS Conducted Energy Weapon (TASER), HSS Taser Policy
