Since then the company has grown at over 30% a year, added five additional leading brands in Taco Bell, Panera, Arbys, Pizza Hut, and Wendys, and has become the largest restaurant franchise and one of top 20 largest foodservice companies in the United States.

Today, through its six wholly-owned subsidiaries, Apple American Group, Bell American, Pan American, RB American, Hut American and Wend American Group, FRG owns and operates over 440 Applebee's, 280 Taco Bells, 130 Panera cafes, 360 Arbys, 930 Pizza Huts, and 190 Wendys representing $3.5 Billion in Sales and directly employing almost 73,000 people in 44 states.

Position Description

Examine and analyze logs, systems, and security measures to ensure infrastructure is secure. Monitor systems and respond to security incidents and threats through remediation as appropriate. Influence and educate security practices that are fit for purpose.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

• Support Level I Security Analyst in review and remediation of security alerts, incidents, and notifications
• Monitor computer networks and systems for security issues and respond appropriately
• Participate in security breach investigations and other cyber security incidents
• Monitor, maintain and respond to alerts from SIEM
• Analyze trend analysis, threat detection and remediation
• Develop and maintain processes/procedures required to response to security alerts, incidents and notifications
• Provide timely and meaningful updates to leadership regarding security alerts, incidents and notifications
• Stay up to date on information technology trends, news and security standards

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in information security
• 3-5 years of experience responding to security alerts, incidents, and notifications
• Experience prioritizing security alerts, incidents and notifications to match business requirements
• Understanding of firewalls, proxies, SIEM, antivirus, and IDPS concepts
• Experience with Microsoft Security Suite, LogRhythm, Fortinet Suite
