Sodexo Live! at the University of Mississippi is looking to hire security staff for the upcoming Concert/ football season. You will be required to work on Saturdays for the 7 home football games for the 2023 season, of which will be the only day you will work.
Security staff is responsible for maintaining the overall safety of our patrons as well as enforcing applicable beer laws and policies at each beer portable/stand.
Primary duties and responsibilities:
- Check IDs for proper age verification and provide wrist bands to age approved patrons.
- Watch for signs of intoxication
- Identifying and resolving potential conflicts in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintaining patron lines in crowded area
Candidates should meet the following minimum requirements:
- Must be 21 years of age.
- Outgoing and friendly personality.
- Able to lift 30lbs.
- Able to stand long periods of the day.
Job Type: Part-time
