Our Kohler Waters Spa team at Lincoln Park offers more than 50 innovative spa services using the healing properties of Earth’s mineral-rich waters and provides an oasis of tranquility in the heart of a bustling Windy City neighborhood. Join our world-class team of spa professionals and help our guests renew and recharge while they experience five-star living at its finest.

Specific responsibilities of a Master Scheduler include:

• Utilize forecast tools, class schedule, reservations, group blocks etc. to generate schedules for location commission staff (therapists, instructors, trainers, etc.).
• Monitor reservations for overbooking.
• Block off schedule where necessary (groups, classes, extra time needed, lunches, etc.).
• Work in partnership with leaders to distribute and manage edits to schedules to ensure timely delivery of posted schedules.
• Work with leadership to coordinate training and meetings into schedules and make appropriate room reservations as needed.
• Will occasionally assist at the Front Desk of assigned location.
• May be required to serve as Manager on Duty of assigned location.

This is a full time position, working weekdays and weekends. Shifts will vary between 8:00am and 5:00pm.

Skills/Requirements

• Two years college or technical education preferred.
• Prior computer and reception experience necessary.
• Minimum of one year customer service experience.
