Job Description:
- Answers sales calls
- Schedule Estimators and Service Technicians
- Coordinates leads generated from digital marketing campaigns to appropriate business unit.
- Keep office clean, organized and presentable
- Keep files up to date
- Assists to answer questions for pricing on multiple social media platforms
- Tracks office supplies and assists with ordering
Qualification, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Previous management or supervisory experience
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent organization skills.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- Flexible and adaptable; ability to work in a team environment and initiative to work alone.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and thoroughness.
- Ability to work flexible hours, if needed.
- Ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to perform detailed work and successfully meet deadlines
- Proficient in Windows, Excel, Word, & Outlook.
- Procore & Bluebeam.
- Ability to take on additional responsibilities as needed.

Minimum Requirement:
- Must be able to pass pre-employment case by case background screen.
- Must have a current Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Must be able to pass drug screen.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
