We are a non-medical, in-home caregiver agency that is dedicated to those we serve and to our team who makes it all happen. Our services include personal care assistance, meal planning and preparation, medication reminding, housekeeping duties and other tasks that allow our clients to remain healthy, happy, and at home.

We are seeking a dynamic individual to fill our Scheduling role to help us continue to provide care to the seniors in the San Antonio area. The position is a full-time salaried position that requires the ability to also be available for on-call rotations. Ideal candidates must have a passion for working in the Eldercare Industry, is dedicated to making a difference, highly organized & has experience in Senior Care.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Schedule all client/caregiver shifts
  • Matching caregivers with clients
  • Conducting Caregiver Orientations to assigned clients
  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients and caregivers
  • Accurate/timely documentation and management of client/caregiver management system

Working Conditions:

The Scheduler will spend hours in the office. The scheduler will be required to do some lifting as necessary. The position will be based in a busy office where s/he will be faced with constant interruptions and must meet with others on a regular basis. The individual in this position will deal with a wide variety of individuals and client/caregiver issues on a daily basis.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1- year of staffing experience in a healthcare setting
  • Minimum 1-year experience or certified training in care for the elderly or individuals with functional disabilities
  • 18 years of age
  • Speak, read, and write English (bilingual is a +)
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass federal and state background check
  • Possess a valid driver's license
  • Bachelor degree preferred, experience in the field will be taken into consideration
  • Excellent computer skills, comfortable in using multi-screens programming
  • Ability to answer a multi- line phone system
