Schedule Analyst - Multiple Openings All Levels

Description:

JRC is seeking multiple level Schedule Analysts. The ideal candidates will have 2 - 15+ years’ direct experience related to scheduling and planning, to include advanced knowledge and experience with scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project Server/Primavera/Open Plan and perform effectively as a Schedule Analyst (SME) supporting a Federal Acquisition program(s) and to perform effectively in the key duties listed below.

Key Duties:

  • Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP) certification may substitute for 3 years of experience
  • Demonstrates schedule knowledge and ability equal to Advanced Scheduler, and is a recognized expert at performing schedule risk assessments (SRA), and integrating schedule information with acquisition strategies, funding, and EVM data
  • Ability to identify and ensure key analytics are measured and reported
  • Advise Program/Product Office (PPO) when establishing credible schedule processes and incorporates industry best practices based on program scope, criticality, resources, and overall priority
  • Ability to collaborate with other agencies and stake holders on policies, procedures, analytics, and overall best practices to ensure valid credible information is provided to leadership
  • Ability to identify areas of improvement and implement Corrective Action Plans or Improvement Plans
  • Ability to conduct various types of reviews - Integrated Baseline Reviews, Schedule Deep Dives, Schedule Risk Boards and Risk Assessments both internal and external to the program
  • Ability to serve as a senior advisor to MDA leadership for schedule analysis, policy review and implementation, and overall training of scheduling team members
  • Must possess high levels of interpersonal skills, organization, and presentation skills
  • Ability to think critically, perform analysis, and possess high communication skills (written and spoken)2+ years directly supporting a business or acquisition program as an acquisition/program analyst overseeing cost, schedule, and performance
  • Ability to prepare logical Acquisition products, i.e., Statement of Work (SOW) and Acquisition plans or equivalent
  • Ability to prepare acquisition strategy for an Acquisition Strategy Panel and Acquisition Strategy Board or equivalent
  • Ability to draft Acquisition program correspondence/status reports, i.e., memorandums, EXSUMs, white papers, and Ad Hoc reports

Requirements:

  • BA/BS in related field with 2-15 years relevant experience; MA/MS, PMP or Project Management Institute

Must be able to obtain, maintain and/or currently possess a security clearance.
