Scanning Clerk Job at GotWorX Staffing, Inc.
GotWorX Staffing is seeking a Scanning Clerk in Deerfield Beach, FL.
The position is ideal for someone who is meticulous and enjoys working independently. Applicants that have previous worked in a similar role such as data entry clerk, typist or order entry clerk are encouraged to apply. You must be able to sit for long periods of time.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Meet productivity standards as established by the Company
Deal with confidential records
Categorize documents
Ensure each record is in the appropriate account
Remove staples from all records
Log in every account that is clicked in.
Make sure each document is in adequate condition for scanning and indexing
Tape or copy loose items for each record
Use detail-oriented skills
Copy unclear records
Report records without any account numbers
Review work that was scanned with the use of a computer
Rescanned documents that were out of place.
Complete logbooks appropriately
Catch, correct and report all prepping and scanning errors
Assign the appropriate index values associated with each record
