3 Degrees Infrared Sauna Studio is an emerging franchise brand that harnesses the power of infrared light therapy to provide multiple health and wellness benefits. We currently have an open position for the title of Sauna
Studio Manager, an important role within the company that’s well suited for individuals who possess a motivated “can-do” attitude. Centered in the booming health and wellness industry, the Sauna Studio Manager can be a perfect fit for a career-minded candidate.
The Sauna Studio Manager role is heavily focused on operations, with a concentration of effort focused on sales and financial performance. A generous compensation package and potential bonus opportunities are directly linked to performance numbers and profitability of the 3 Degrees Infrared Sauna
Studio. Duties include, but are not limited to, sales, marketing, membership drive and retention, training, support, and the supervision of other staff members.
The Ideal 3 Degrees Candidate:
· Self-starter, highly-motivated to follow through on all assigned tasks and delegate
· Sales background is a must, capable of driving incremental studio growth through membership program and meet/exceed studio revenue goals
· Entrepreneurial mindset, with strong problem-solving abilities
· An established people person with excellent networking ability and strong written and verbal communication skills. Able to lead and support a team of people
· A passionate advocate for the health and wellness benefits of infrared light therapy
· Comfortable with receiving and giving performance feedback effectively
Sales:
· Train team in sales as well as generate own sales, oversee and coach team
· Oversight and management of sales and membership campaigns
· Continual focus on lead-generation and closing skills
· Adept at explaining the health and wellness benefits of infrared light therapy
· Capable of selling membership packages and encouraging trial and adoption
· Generate/manage new leads and convert them to 3 Degrees membership
Operations:
· Maintain inventory and monthly inventory
· Attend all sales calls through 3 Degrees and educate team
· Keep saunas at 3 Degrees standards, monitor and coordinate for maintenance
· Handle outstanding dues and procedures daily and monthly
· Ensure all documents are submitted for health program monthly
· Oversee the day-to-day duties of studio operations
· Project an image of cleanliness and sanitization
· Follow all Covid-based protocols and standards
· Responsible for sales reporting and operational reports; weekly, monthly and quarterly
Staffing:
· Responsible for hiring and onboarding new employees, including all paperwork
· Confidential compensation discussions, including performance reviews
· Provide training and ongoing support to staff members
· Track payroll, hours, and scheduling for staff members
Customer Service:
· Foster a welcoming, positive environment for the studio at all times
· Be a genuine “People Pleaser”
· Adept at active listening
· Respond to studio emails in a timely manner
· Provide an exceptional customer experience from start to finish
· Adept at mitigating complaints with a professional attitude
Marketing:
· Oversight of certain marketing outreach on behalf of 3 Degrees
· Capable of executing social media campaigns (including stories) designed to invite trial and adoption
· Stay current on all company promotions, specials, and deals
· Adept at planning and executing onsite events designed to invite trial and adoption
· Possess a “lead-generation” mentality, strongly focused on memberships
· Engage in corporate client and business community to drive memberships
· Run point on special vendor shows and partnerships (IE: pop ups, events in studio, vendor shows, team growth events, etc.)
· Manage in studio marketing (IE: chalkboards, décor, push boards and signage)
· Design and create monthly 3 Degrees email (using our customer database)

Qualifications:
· Experienced sales and retail background, health/wellness/fitness a plus
· Proficiency in successfully managing membership-based business model
· Must be U.S. resident, fluent in English, bilingual a plus
· Must appreciate the benefits of working in a tightly knit team environment
· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
· Business knowledge with focus on driving the bottom line is needed
· Trustworthy ability to handle confidential accounts and documents
· Full-time position, with weekends, holidays and potentially long shifts
