Kids' Hair is a small Minneapolis-based company with ten salons in the Twin Cities and one in St. Cloud. Come join the fun as we celebrate our 30th birthday!

• Earn monthly Manager compensation of over $600 per month on top of your excellent stylist pay and tips

Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing the day to day operations of a salon
• Being the leader and role model with customer service and quality
• Supply orders and inventory
• Scheduling the staff
• Keeping your team motivated, feeling supported, and having fun at work
• Cutting hair 32-36 hours a week

Requirements:

• An active MN Cosmetology license
• An active MN Salon Manager's License preferred but would train a new manager if it is the right fit!
• A confident and high quality cutter who enjoys a fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership and coaching skills
